Lab Servers are designed for the lab environment and are built with after hour maintenance windows and on our robust platform. The distributed nature of the platform enables it to be maintained without hardware downtime. Should a maintenance issue arise that does require a disruption of service all efforts are made to perform the maintenance during off-peak hours and provide all affected customers with ample advanced notice.
